I had never been to a Sound Healing or Bath, I didn’t expect much, even though I am sensitive. It began with a nice guitar riff that felt good to the soul. it made my body have Spiritual chills. Where your hair stands up on your body in a good way.  Then the tones came and it was unique, each giving a different part of my body, messages. I was uneasy when I thought I heard a dog, then realized it wasn’t a dog but some other sound being made by something I could not identify.

My body was relaxed again, except when my solar plexus got tight, which surprised me, I have done work on my solar plexus and thought it was released, I felt into it and it seemed to release more. It was amazing, feeling all my cells resonate with the different sounds in different ways. Of course, you could feel the gong easily, but I felt them all.

Afterward, my body felt sore, and I realized I was dehydrated. After drinking a lot of water, I was feeling great again. I went home and took a hot salt bath and relaxed for the evening.
