RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release Rick Baron (Ricco Baron), residing at 11364 Deer Creek Ln, Nevada City, CA 95959, from any and all liability arising out of the tuning fork services provided to me. This legal release of liability is entered into voluntarily and with a clear understanding of the consequences.

I acknowledge that Rick Baron is an experienced professional in the field of tuning fork services and that the services provided involve the use of tuning forks to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. I understand that these services are complementary in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. I understand Rick Baron is not a medical doctor nor does he hold any certification for tuning forks. It's important to note that energy attunement is a complementary modality and should not replace medical or psychological treatment.

By signing this legal release of liability, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the tuning fork services provided by Rick Baron involve certain inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to physical discomfort, emotional releases, or unexpected reactions to the treatment.

2. Waiver of Claims: I hereby waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, or liabilities of any nature, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the tuning fork services provided by Rick Baron. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other harm that may arise as a result of the services provided.

3. Release of Liability: I release Rick Baron, his agents, representatives, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses that may occur as a result of the tuning fork services provided. This release covers both present and future claims, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rick Baron, his agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may arise from my participation in the tuning fork services.

5. Entire Agreement: This legal release of liability represents the entire agreement between myself and Rick Baron regarding the tuning fork services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

I have read this legal release of liability carefully and understand its contents. I am signing it voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, and I do so knowingly and willingly.
