Huge praise for Tuning Session with Ricco! He has a great grasp of the science behind the modality and you can feel it in the precision of his work.  He is meticulous and passionate about helping people find balance.  I think just like any healing modality, each person will get from it what they need.  What I can say is that as someone that has spent the last 25 years soul-searching and trying every modality under the sun, I was not expecting to be so impacted by these sessions. I tried a three-session pack and am really glad I invested the time into multiple sessions.  The experience felt very much like an onion, with each session going a little deeper and more profound.  While its difficult to go through all of my epiphanies, and yes it really felt like it enabled new insights in virtually every aspect of my life.  One small shift in perspective can have a profound impact.  But I am getting ahead of myself.

If I had to describe what happened, I would say that Ricco’s good ear and incredibly empathic being was able to find the energy blocks in my field. Together we worked to release them through his tuning work and our combined toning work. At the time, he provided a general idea of what area of my life we were working on, but I don’t think during the session, I had any recognition of any particular wounding or experience (some people do, I didn’t).  I could just hear, after he helped point it out, where there was a “wobble” in my field until it resolved.  After finding and resolving the imbalances, we then went through a chakra balance to ensure that the energy was flowing.  While  I left very relaxed, what was interesting about the first session is that through the tuning, I had become very aware of my biofield. It reminded me of some of the work I had done with Joe Dispenza about focusing on the quantum field.  Leaving his office, I felt larger than the door I needed to walk through to leave the room.  Super cool!!

For the second session, I had a much better sense of how he worked and what we were looking for which made dropping into the biofield world a bit easier.  I heard the wobbles and we toned as he did his magic with the forks. The second session, I didn’t necessarily leave with the level of peace that I did the first, but I could definitely feel that energy shifted… I had no idea how much.  The next day, I had an incredible emotional release. I had the most therapeutic cry I had had in a long time. For me it was the stuff that I would normally get upset about but much deeper in a way that felt like it was unrooting some lodged feelings.  I called Ricco and he was very supportive and we laid the intention for the last session.

In the last session, I had a great deal of respect for the modality, knew that I was touching some deep emotions and what felt like ancestral trauma.  After the third session, I had a week of processing the profound experience with literally an insight every day. It’s as if , the work unlodged emotions, traumas, and experiences, that I had had only a glimpse of but had no way of knowing how to release them… (note the three sessions were more powerful than a decade in therapy).  The tuning brought light to them in a way that nothing ever had, and through that a new perspective has formed. I should note, that a focus for me during this was shadow work. With that intention, I was able to get a better view of what lies within my subconscious-  priceless!   I am not stopping with the three sessions and will be scheduling another series.   Thank you so much Ricco – you are a real gem!
