I went into the sound healing process with a totally open mind not knowing what to expect. I do know that everyone’s experience is different but I came out of every session with a load of energy. Specifically creative energy. I started some projects that I have been thinking of for a long time and was finally able to move forward without any blocks.

I had a lot of tension and sensitivity in my feet that has been alleviated through his work. I am also very sensitive about anyone touching my feet and this is the first time someone was able to work on my feet without me feeling uncomfortable. Really for the first time in my life I feel that I am living in the present moment and free from fear. Ricco’s pinky program really brought everything to the foreground. It was a constant reminder for me to be the watcher of my thoughts and how they affect my energies. Years earlier I tattooed NOW on my wrist but it wasn’t in plain sight so it never really assisted me like the Yellow pinky program. His teaching about our ego and subconscious were spot on and we were totally in sync. The vocal attunement was also very unique and a bit challenging but the effects were amazing. And finally Ricco refers to himself as an Energy healing guide and strives to empower me to be my own healer. He is truly treating the root cause of the wounds and not just the symptoms. I’m Planning on doing some tune ups in the near future.
