Hi,
I had 3 sound healing sessions with Rico, it literally changed my body, mind and spirit. I had thought I cleared my husband’s death, more than once. But found I still had a deep sadness for never getting to say goodbye. I released more and finally got to the love, now when I think of my honey, I have only Love for him! I still miss him, but with love.
I also have been diabetic for 47 years and my feet were getting bad from neuropathy, they got much better, and I stretch them every day now.
Something else happened too. I feel more self love and want to do better. I am hoping to save and continue to heal myself with the sound therapy Rico does. It is amazing!
