The Process
Energy attunement is an art and process that involves balancing and harmonizing the energies residing within and around our bodies. These energies are connected to our subconscious, ego, emotions, nervous system heart, and gut. Energies can be activated by sensory triggers and other external influences. When these energy points become imbalanced or incoherent, our ego can utilize them to generate destructive thought patterns, leading to ailments, premature aging, and even death if left untreated. Through my unique technique, I locate these energies and reintegrate them into your body’s chakra energy field, restoring coherence and addressing associated trauma triggers.
The first session begins with you setting an intention for the desired outcome, which should be communicated to me via email a day before the session. This allows both of us to focus on our intentions for your session. On the day of the session, we will review your intentions together. To start, I will ask you to wash your hands in cold water to eliminate any static electricity you may have accumulated. Then, I will seat you in a comfortable zero-point chair that enables me to adjust your position as needed. We will both be connected to a grounding cable, which keeps our energies separate and channels everything into the earth. Before proceeding, we will discuss the ego and its tendency to resist the attunement process.
Next, I will guide you through a body scanning exercise to help you connect with your physical sensations, facilitating the attunement process. We will then begin using tuning forks, utilizing various techniques such as sound frequency, breathwork, grounding, voice toning, and verbal guidance to reintegrate your energies and address associated traumas. I will involve you in the process, allowing you to hear the forks and explaining the significance of different sounds, empowering you to recognize any imbalances we encounter.
Significant attention is often given to the feet, where a weighted fork with direct contact can cause some discomfort when encountering energy blocks. Once we have attuned your entire body and reintegrated the energies into your energy field, we proceed to rebalance your chakra points using voice toning and matching the frequencies of my forks. Following this, I will have you stand up as I saturate you with a custom frequency I have designed, using a large 528 HZ tuning fork.
Finally, as a symbolic reminder to observe and manage your ego, I will paint your left pinky nail. Maintaining control over the ego is crucial for preserving these balanced energies and ultimately releasing the stories that the ego uses to disrupt your balance. Once you can consistently hold your attunement, the ego’s influence diminishes.
It’s important to note that energy attunement is a complementary modality and should not replace medical or psychological treatment. However, when used in conjunction with conventional approaches, energy attunement can provide a holistic and integrative approach to healing and personal growth.
Preparing for Your Sound Frequency Healing Session
Preparing for your session will help you to experience the full benefits of sound frequency healing.
Alkaline PH
Having your PH in a highly alkaline state of 7.35 conducts energy and assists with the process. No caffeine on the day of the session is advised. Drink lots of water the day before and before your session. Add 1 ounce of apple cider vinegar to 10 ounces of water and drink the day before and before your session. Alternatively, drink lemon water with baking soda. Consider buying personal PH strips to track yourself.
Electrolytes
Electrolytes provide the salt that helps conduct energy in your body’s water and plasma. Adding electrolytes to your water will help move energies in your sessions.
Intention
Set an intention and share it with me. Your intention should start with “I am releasing _______energies for my highest good.”
Clothing
Wear loose-fitting clothing (no belt buckles, big zippers, etc.). If you are comfortable without a bra, it will help when working on Chakra energy points that require direct contact.
Socks
Wear a clean pair of socks. I will be working on energy points on your feet.
Limitations
Please advise me of any physical limitations, pain points, etc. WARNING. If you have a pacemaker or any electrical implant, this modality is not advised as the frequencies can interfere with your electronic devices. Not recommended for pregnant women or infants. Avoid
Avoid any harsh media like news, vigilant violent TV shows, low-energy music, and unhealthy food.
Releasing
Be prepared to do a verbal release. I may guide you back to trauma points to bring those energies to the surface. You will be in a safe place that will allow you to fully release. Crying and verbal release are encouraged. It is essential that you have read “Understanding your inner dialogue”.
What to expect
I will work on you in a Zero Point Gravity Chair that allows me to move your position.
You will be hooked up to a grounding cable. I will be using the forks directly on your body and outside. Your root Charkra point is on your pubic bone. If you have reservations about these points I have a workaround. Vocal toning is encouraged for the final tune-up process.
The process is painless but can be very emotional.
After your session and the next day
Taking a warm bath with sea salt is highly recommended. You will be moving lots of energy. My clients report feeling sadness, soreness, a low energy state, euphoria, and being in a heightened emotional state. These effects can last for days after the session. You are basically purging old traumas and the effects can be substantial.

- Your home must be within 20 miles of Nevada City
- The room must accommodate a space of `14’ x 10’.
- Must be free of distraction, high EMF devices, and be noise-free.
- Sessions outside are great as long as there is privacy.
