The Power of Combining Hypnosis with Frequencies

About our Tracks:

Our tracks are carefully designed with specific frequencies that support each title. In the Induction you may hear multiple voices, this is intentional, we call this confusion technique. When the brain hears multiple  voices but one is dominant the user stops trying to figure it all out and drifts into Hypnosis faster. Throughout the program you will hear all kinds of soundscapes that support and enhance your journey. You may hear a cat purring around 90-110 HZ or a guitar playing in 528 HZ. All these soundscapes, frequencies and the script itself is carefully designed to give you the most powerful experience as you can read from the reviews. Additionally we never us A.I voices. Theresia’s calm, subtle voice is so soothing and it is actually an imprint, a specific frequency that cannot be achieved by other Hypnosis programs using A.I voices.

Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness where the mind becomes more open to suggestion and positive change. It involves deep relaxation, allowing the subconscious mind to take the lead while the conscious mind takes a back seat.  You experience hypnosis when you read a captivating novel, float off in a daydream, or become absorbed in a movie.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural process that taps into the power of your subconscious mind. Through deep relaxation, guided visualization and hypnotic deepeners you enter the wonderful state of hypnosis. In this state you easily access your inner resources. Hypnosis connects you with hidden beliefs, automatic behaviors, emotional patterns, memories, dreams, and the innate power to heal and transform. It’s an empowering journey that helps you regain control over areas of your life where you feel stuck, disconnected or uncertain and guides you to achieve your goals while gaining clarity and freedom.

“People are afraid that they’ll lose control when really they gain control in hypnosis.”     ~David Spiegel, MD, Stanford~

History of Hypnosis

The roots of hypnosis trace back to ancient civilizations like Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece, where “sleep” temples and ritual healing were used to induce trance-like states for physical and emotional healing. Hypnos is the Greek word for sleep, which is actually a misnomer as the hypnotic state is different from the sleep state. In the 18th century, the Austrian Franz Mesmer introduced the idea of “animal magnetism,” believing an invisible force could influence health. Although his theories were later discredited, they sparked interest in altered states of consciousness. In the 19th century, Scottish surgeon James Braid coined the term “hypnosis” and reframed it as a psychological—not mystical—process, laying the foundation for modern understanding.

In the 20th century, hypnosis gained scientific credibility through figures like Milton H. Erickson, who developed more flexible, conversational approaches still widely used today. Hypnosis was used in both World War I and World War II to help treat trauma and pain. Over time, it became integrated into psychology and medicine, with organizations like the American Medical Association recognizing its therapeutic value. Today, hypnotherapy is used worldwide as a safe, evidence-informed tool for personal development, behavioral change, and emotional healing.

History of sound Frequency

Sound frequencies have been utilized as a healing modality for over 4,000 years, rooted in the sophisticated acoustic chambers of Ancient Egypt and the harmonic medicinal practices of Ancient Greece. During this era, healers used specific chants and instruments to resonate with the body’s natural frequencies, a precursor to what we now understand as cellular vibration.

Today, this ancient wisdom is backed by modern science. The American Medical Association (AMA) has formally recognized the therapeutic value of sound, particularly through music therapy, for its ability to reduce chronic pain and improve motor function. Furthermore, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) continues to fund research into vibroacoustic therapy, acknowledging that low-frequency sound can significantly lower blood pressure and cortisol levels. This bridge between ancient tradition and modern clinical validation proves that frequency healing is a powerful, science-backed tool for holistic recovery.
